The company offers a comprehensive maintenance service, both ordinary and extraordinary, as well as scheduled, ensuring efficiency, operational continuity, and reliability of the systems over time.
In addition to technical activities, 2DM Service Srl also assists customers in optimizing production processes, proposing changes and improvements aimed at enhancing the performance and productivity of the systems.
Great attention is also paid to machine safety, through interventions and adjustments studied on layouts agreed upon with the customer and in collaboration with company safety managers.

OUR STORY
The company was founded by Nicola Fusi and is now a family-run business, actively supported by his two sons.
The founder′s professional journey began in 1989 as a truck loading worker. Over the years, thanks to the experience gained in four different steel industry companies, he held increasingly specialized roles, becoming an operator and maintenance worker.
Since 1993, he has consistently dedicated himself to the maintenance of overhead cranes and operating machines, acquiring specific skills on sawing machines, drilling machines, and machines for punching angular profiles, as well as on plasma systems for sheet metal processing.
In 2011, the individual business was established, focused on the maintenance and installation of operating machines, developed in partnership with an Italian leading company in the sector. This direct collaboration ended in 2025, but left behind a significant network of established clients.
In 2021, the company started a new collaboration with a leading Spanish company specialized in the production of machines for sheet metal processing with laser and plasma technology. From 2026, a partnership with a Portuguese company active in the design and implementation of systems and lines for profile processing was also added.
Today, the company continues to grow, combining decades of experience, advanced technical skills, and a family-run management focused on quality and continuity of service.
